About the role

We are seeking a forward-thinking and impact-driven Director of Organization and Talent Development to lead our efforts in building strategic capabilities that align with our evolving business goals. This role will build on our strong foundation in Learning and Development (L&D) and integrate organizational assessment and design perspective to drive holistic, enterprise-wide growth and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational diagnostics, with a strong track record of translating insights into meaningful action that enables individuals, teams, and the organization to thrive.

As a global role, you will work closely with diverse teams across geographies and cultures. Success in this position will require exceptional cross-cultural awareness, an inclusive mindset, and strong communication skills to influence and inspire stakeholders across markets.

 

Responsibilities of the role

  • Lead Talent and Learning Strategy - Drive a cohesive global strategy that integrates talent development, leadership capability building, and succession planning to support business priorities.
  • Advance Learning & Development - Evolve and scale our global L&D programs to meet both local and enterprise-wide needs,, ensuring offerings are relevant, engaging, and aligned with both immediate and long-term skill requirements.
  • Organizational Assessment & Design - Leverage organizational diagnostics (e.g., culture, effectiveness, engagement, structure) to assess and evolve capabilities, systems, and processes to optimize performance and agility.
  • Leadership Development & Coaching - Design and deliver impactful leadership development journeys, executive coaching programs, and high-potential talent initiatives to foster a pipeline of ready-now leaders across regions.
  • Change Leadership & Transformation - Partner with business leaders, HR colleagues and external vendors / partners to support major transformation efforts through culture shaping, change capability, and team effectiveness interventions across different cultural and market contexts..
  • Metrics & Impact - Define and track key performance indicators for talent and organization development initiatives; leverage data to continuously improve and demonstrate business impact.
  • Team Leadership - Lead and develop a high-performing team of L&D and OD professionals, fostering a culture of execution, collaboration and innovation.

 

About you

  • 10+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related fields
  • Proven experience designing and executing enterprise-wide talent and learning strategies
  • Strong diagnostic and assessment skills; adept at translating organizational needs into actionable development strategies
  • Experience leading organizational change, transformation, or large-scale capability-building programs
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
  • Experience working in global or regional roles in matrix organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in OD, HR, Psychology, or related field preferred
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required
