The Account Director's primary role is to retain and develop business through demonstrating a real understanding of a client's business and delivering a solution that is both effective and compelling. She/ He will lead the successful development of integrated communication activities of the Client, bring ideas and plans to live, and ensure their excellent delivery. The role requires a leader and an orchestrator.
Responsible for:
- Orchestrates the delivery of Client’s communication activities across channels, highly on digital;
- Leads the strategy development and success criteria for assigned client(s);
- Manages the workflow, operational, and quality processes within the team and across other agency departments including Strategic Planning, Creatives, Digital, Finance;
- Ensures a high level of strategic, creative, and digital implementation outputs;
- Drives measurement and evaluation of all activities;
- Ensures accountability is established during the project planning process;
- Develops strong, trusting relationships between Client and Agency teams, providing leadership and support during strategy development, ideation and execution;
- Engages deeply into the Client’s business by getting a deeper understanding and constantly providing strategic solutions to their challenges;
- Full management of financial – budget control and forecasting;
- Reports to Client Service Director, partners with Client, and Agency team to ensure complete integration and delivery quality;
- Manage, mentor, and grow her/ his subordinates.
- 7 years of experience or more in account management, with IMC and digital experience.
- Experienced in IMC and digital project management with digital knowledge.
