Portfolio Manager (all genders)

We are searching for a Portfolio Manager (all genders) to be a key player in our product development team to ensure the business success of our new products. 

• Portfolio Planning: Maintain product roadmap, including launch dates across markets.

• Demand Planning: Coordinate and obtain order forecasts and key business parameters (pricing, COGS, contribution margin) as the main interface to the business teams.

• Product Industrialization: Drive packaging & manual development, product localization, and marketing to bring the product from development to launch.

• Master Data Management: Manage product data within the PLM software.

• Research: Conduct and document research activities related to the portfolio

• Partner Management: Coordinate tasks with external partners (such as agencies, and publishers) - directly or in alignment with license and business teams at tonies

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in portfolio or program management, focusing on consumer-centric products.

• You bring proven expertise in marketing communications for content-driven products

• Ideally, you have a background in the publishing, toys and board & video game industry

• Proficiency in English, German is a plus
