Summary

We are looking for a Manager, FP&A to perform analytical and reporting tasks, primarily financial in nature, for all Company activities that will assist management, investors, and other key stakeholders in making educated economic decisions about the Company's future.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the monthly rolling forecast, monthly actual reporting and analysis, annual operating plan, and strategic plan processes. Provide variance analysis and determine cause of change. Scope includes multi-period Strategic Business Plan, Profit and Loss (P&L), balance sheet and cash flow statements
Develop and continuously improve key financial metrics and analysis to support the unique and changing needs of the functions supported
Develop and collaborate with Studio & Data Science teams on long range, annual and quarterly forecasts
Lead financial reviews with budget owners to develop annual plans and subsequent forecast updates
Live in our Adaptive Insights instance every day with the goal of helping us transition as many of our models away from spreadsheets as possible
Provide support for quarterly and annual audit reviews.
Be a pivotal lead in M&A deals and ad
Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, standardize and automate forecasting and reporting tools and processes
Prepare and hold business reviews for Jam City's leadership team with clear and actionable presentation materials

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
5-8 years of experience in FP&A, or other relevant FP&A fields
Proactive, analytical thinker with the ability to complete tasks on time.
Exceptional knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools.
Oracle Essbase/Smartview and Adaptive Insights experience strongly preferred.
Must be able to work independently.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
