Job Summary

Job Description

As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Google's advertising business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will work with medium and large-size businesses to help them develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, online media environment, or a marketing role
  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English
  • Ability to deliver quarterly business generation and product growth goals
Good to have:
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing
  • Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection managing and engaged promotions
  • Knowledge of business, online marketing strategy and tactics
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy
  • Ability to consistently achieve business quotas to drive growth
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Czech Republic and Slovakia

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, online media environment, or a marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in Czech or Slovak and English fluently to support client relationships and drive sales in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection managing and engaged promotions.
  • Knowledge of business, online marketing strategy and tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quarterly business generations and product growth goals.
  • Understand a portfolio of medium and large-size businesses by thoroughly identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
  • Build relationships and perform stakeholder management with the end customer or agencies.
