The Associate - Business Operations will manage 24x7 gaming operations for individual or multiple games on the Paytm First Games app. Responsibilities include managing backend panels, designing and running tournaments, managing prizes and leaderboards, resolving user experience issues, and coordinating with marketing and product teams. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge of CleverTap and Excel, and experience in campaign planning, execution, and measurement. A passion for gaming is essential. The candidate will be responsible for quality assurance of all CRM campaigns and reporting issues/suggestions to improve the gaming experience.

Job Description
Managing 24x7 Gaming Operations for individual or multiple Games.
Managing the Backend Panels for the Games related to every Attribute that matters.
Designing and Running Tournaments, Managing Prizes, Gratifications, Leader board, Resolving User Experience Issues.
Customer operations on Game side on all issues reported by the Care team.
Coordinating with Marketing, Product Teams for making Game Product a Success.
Report issues and Suggestions to Improve the Gaming Experience.
Who We're Looking For
Super Energetic, Operation Junkie.
Must have knowledge of Clever tap, Excel.
Experience in campaign planning, execution and measurement process
Responsible for quality assurance of all CRM campaigns.
Knowledge and experience of Product, Gaming Ops preferred Love for Games is a must!
