Job Description

Sperasoft seeks an Associate Project Manager to analyze project requirements, create plans, manage risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery. Responsibilities include managing teams (programmers, artists, designers, QA), setting goals, assigning tasks, managing communication across teams and clients, conducting meetings, tracking performance, and supporting team growth. The ideal candidate has experience managing 5+ person teams, excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience working with external clients. Game development experience is a plus.

We offer full product (SKU) and co-development services using our full spectrum of in house production talent, experience, and ideas to deliver our partners’ games on time, within budget and at the highest quality possible.

Responsibilities  

• Analyzing and investigating new project requirements, preparing project plans; assessing risks and proposing mitigations;
• Ensuring that project meets deadlines and delivering product of required quality;
• Managing project teams or sub-teams within a project (programmers or artists or game designers or QA, etc);
• Identifying and clarifying team goals; ensuring that expectations are aligned between stakeholders;
• Assigning and managing team tasks, managing team capacity;
• Managing communications within the team and between the team and company departments as well as people on the client's side;
• Conducting team meetings, providing various reports;
• Tracking individual performance;
• Supporting team growth through regular feedback and Career Development plans;
• Conducting project interviews, contributing to hiring process.

Requirements

• Experience of work with external Clients: ability to establish collaborative relationship and a high level of trust;
• Ability to efficiently manage teams of 5+ people;
• Ability to recognize priorities, work on tasks under time pressure and complete them on time;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, result-oriented approach;
• Fluent English;
• Experience in GameDev projects is a plus.
