Audit Associate

Audit associate professional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assistance with engagement planning, budgeting and scheduling
• Audit/review/compilation program execution
• Workpaper preparation and/or review
• Assistance/participation in audit, accounting and financial reporting consulting matters
• Assistance in regulatory reporting matters
• Assistance and participation in necessary and required continuing professional education

• Assistance and participation in practice development (marketing) activities
• Assistance and participation in recruiting activities
• Assistance in any other areas of client service as directed or requested by Firm management
• Performance of any Firm administrative duties, as requested by supervisor or Firm management
• Travel necessary and incident to any client or Firm related professional duties

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
CPA license or eligibility to sit for CPA exam
1+ years of Public Accounting experience

Additional Skills
Knowledge of tax software and MS Office
Basic knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Process-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Solid organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a demanding, deadline driven environment
Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships
