PTW seeks a Software QA Automation Tester in São Paulo, Brazil for an on-site position. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts; collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop test strategies; identifying and documenting bugs; conducting exploratory testing; performing regression testing; staying updated on testing tools and processes; analyzing test results and providing feedback to development teams. The ideal candidate possesses solid manual QA experience, experience developing test scripts in Java, Python, or similar, familiarity with white box and black box testing, experience with Agile/Scrum, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A BS/MS in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

PTW is seeking a Software QA Automation Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for automating tests and ensuring the quality of our software products.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective test strategies.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
  • Conduct exploratory testing while leveraging automated test results.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and processes to enhance automation.
  • Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams.

Requirements

  • English Fluency
  • Solid experience in manual software quality assurance.
  • Experience in developing test scripts using programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
  • Familiarity with both white box and black box testing methodologies.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
