The Benefits Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class benefits solutions across EMEA. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships (insurance brokers, carriers), developing and executing a benefits communication plan (educational materials, presentations, workshops), continuously evaluating current practices for improvement, collaborating with EMEA Payroll, HR Partnering, and regional People Services teams, resolving benefit-related escalations, providing exceptional stakeholder service, assisting with new program implementation, building reports and dashboards, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have international benefits experience (multinational company or consulting firm), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the EMEA labor environment and regulations.
