The Business Development Representative will be responsible for representing the company's products and services, identifying leads and business opportunities, using Salesforce tools, cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities, setting up meetings with potential customers, managing and maintaining a pipeline of prospects, identifying best practices to refine lead generation, identifying prospects' needs and suggesting appropriate products/services, and reporting results.
