Job Description

Are you ready to play a key role in supporting sales, distribution, and project management within a fast-paced, creative industry? As a Business Operations Specialist at CD PROJEKT RED, you'll help manage our growing publishing pipeline, ensuring smooth cooperation with distributors and keeping business development projects on track. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new opportunities and maintain efficient workflows across all departments.
 

Daily Responsibilities

  • Analyse promotions and SRP/WSP
  • Manage communication with physical distributors to ensure smooth coordination of sales and promotions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new collaboration opportunities, revenue streams, and distribution channels.
  • Track the progress of all business development projects, identifying potential bottlenecks and ensuring deadlines are met through cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Knowledge management: research, catalog, and maintain industry reports, data, and other relevant information in an organized and accessible format for the team.
  • Supervision of anti-piracy efforts.
  • Respond to inquiries received via the external business email.
  • Administrative maintenance of internal promotional and sales files.

Qualifications

  • min. 3 years of experience in relevant roles such in sales, marketing, or administrative departments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of the gaming industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish (C1 level).

    Nice to Have:
  • Background in game development or other creative industry.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • Office: On-site work at our Warsaw studio.
