Job Description

ByteDance is seeking a Car Source Management - DCar (Third-party Contractor) to manage the transportation, maintenance, and repair of vehicles from China to the US. You will be responsible for coordinating vehicle arrangements and planning with US experts and suppliers, as well as collaborating with Chinese staff for vehicle usage and maintenance. You must be fluent in both Chinese and English and have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair practices. Experience in managing vehicle logistics, project coordination, and communication is essential.

Responsibilities: - Responsible for transportation management and coordination of the vehicle from China to the US, as well as vehicle maintenance and repair of storage of the vehicles - Connect the US experts & suppliers (both in China/US) for reasonable vehicle arrangements and planning in the US - Coordinate with relevant staff in China for vehicle usage, transportation, maintenance and other related work

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Fluency in Chinese and English. English will be used as the primary language for work, while Chinese will be used for market-specific communications - Excellent project management and coordination ability, good analysis, communication, organization, decision-making ability - Familiar with all kinds of vehicle maintenance and repair matters, can independently docking US automotive related services Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree from any major - At least 3 years of US driver's license, track license and coaching experience - Data driven, good communication, team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. 【For Pay Transparency】 Compensation Description (hourly)

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $41- $85.​
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
