Job Description
As a Channel Solution Architect at Barracuda, you will be a vital bridge between cutting-edge cybersecurity technology and national channel partners. Responsibilities include designing innovative cybersecurity solutions, forging strong partnerships, conducting presentations and workshops, equipping partners with sales tools, resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will empower partners to protect their clients from cyber threats, acting as a trusted advisor and expert. This role requires deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and proven sales abilities.
Must have:
- 8+ years cybersecurity and sales experience
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer focus and relationship building
- Ability to travel up to 60%
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field

What you’ll be working on
- Become a Cyber Security Superhero: Thwart cyberattacks and protect businesses by designing innovative cybersecurity solutions and empowering national channel partners to safeguard their clients.
- Master of Partnerships: Forge strong alliances with national channel partners by actively engaging with them, understanding their unique needs, and collaborating on joint initiatives.
- Innovation Evangelist: Share your passion for cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions by conducting engaging presentations, webinars, and workshops, and participating in industry events.
- Sales Force Multiplier: Equip national channel partners with the tools and knowledge they need to excel in cybersecurity sales and drive business growth.
- Problem-Solving Ninja: Crack complex cybersecurity puzzles and deliver exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice.
What you bring to the role
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including email, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, backup and cloud security solutions with 8+ years of experience.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to build relationships with national channel partners, drive sales, and present products with 8+ years of experience.
- Communication Prowess: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, often under pressure.
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with national channel partners.
- Academic Credentials: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or cybersecurity.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 60% of the month.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds.
