We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Support Services team at Guy Carpenter. This role is will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will be handling claim handling, claim monitoring and Client and Reinsurer Team Service.
We will count on you to:
Claim Handling Process
Accountability to assess and submit client and/or reinsurer presentation materials and communications to resolve difficult questions and secure reinsurer agreements and payments of claims and account balances.
Integrates Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other system tools to manage difficult transactional processes and ensures assigned tasks are managed effectively and in a timely manner ensuring Client measurement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered to in order to provide services in an efficient, effective and regulatory compliant manner.
Manages settlement of funds to and from Client in a timely manner in order to ensure all applicable contractual payment terms; warranties and/or conditions are met.
Collaborates with peers on difficult or contentious reinsurance developments, supporting and providing training, mentoring and guidance within the team and/or department for all aspects of reinsurance service processing to assist with trouble shooting and to develop team resources.
Establishes and drives relationships with Brokers, Clients and Markets to understand issues in order to resolve problems and queries and review working practices.
Claim Monitoring Process
Manages Claim Triage and monitoring claim process.
Collaborates with the account handler for claim processing and deliver detail timeframe accordance to the process.
Client and Reinsurer Team Service
Assists in collecting balances from clients and reinsurance in collaboration with CSS colleagues and Account Executives.
Assist CSS colleagues for client-specific post-placement service discussions.
Responds to complex client issues and concerns, resolving them promptly.
Networks among senior & junior level of key clients to establish trust and communication chains; ultimate client service responsibility.
What you need to have?
University Degree or equivalent experience
Experience in processing claims in a reinsurance environment.
Prior experience in the Reinsurance industry, with specific experience of Treaty Reinsurance highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Microsoft suite skills
Fluent in English
