Mission: 

En tant que Concepteur.trice de niveau en chef, tu travailleras avec la direction créative pour contribuer au développement de projets stimulants et innovants en cours.


Tâches

  • En collaboration avec la direction du design, le concepteur de niveau en Chef est responsable de la gestion d'une équipe de concepteur de niveau.
    • Planifier et détailler les tâches pour les membres de l'équipe de conception en collaboration avec la direction et la production.
    • Encadrer et superviser l'équipe de conception pour s'assurer qu'ils respectent les délais et la direction établie
    • Suivre le bien-être et les progrès des membres de l'équipe.
    • Travailler et collaborer avec d'autres départements pour garantir la faisabilité et la qualité des mécaniques de jeu.
    • Encourager l'innovation en comprenant notre concurrence et le public cible du projet.


Profil et qualifications 

  • 10 ans d'expérience en tant que concepteur.trice dans l'industrie du jeu vidéo.
  • Avoir livré au moins trois titres multiplateformes.
  • Maîtrise de plusieurs engins de jeu.
  • Expérience en gestion d’équipe.
  • Aptitude démontrée à pouvoir résoudre des problèmes complexes.
  • Excellent esprit de leadership et de relations interpersonnelles
  • Enthousiaste, positif.ve, axé.e sur l’équipe

Mission

As a Lead Game Designer, you will be working with the Creative Direction, to contribute to the development of ongoing stimulating and innovative projects.


Tasks

  • In collaboration with the design leadership, the Lead Game Designer is responsible for managing a team of game designers.
  • Plan and detail tasks for the design team members in collaboration with direction and production.
  • Guide and look after the design team to make sure they respect the deadlines and direction established in the plan.
  • Track the well-being and progress of the team members
  • Work and collaborate with other departments to ensure the feasibility and the quality of the game mechanics.
  • Encourage innovation by understanding our competition and the targeted audience for the project.


Soft skills and qualifications

  • 10 years of experience as a Designer in the video game industry.
  • To have delivered at least three multiplatform titles.
  • Team management experience a must.
  • Proficiency with Unreal Engine or equivalent
  • Strong skills in complex problem solving. 
  • Excellent leadership spirit and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, positive and team orientated
