This role reports onsite in our London office.

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator to join our dynamic Shorts team, with a focus on producing YouTube Shorts content. This role will primarily center around arts & crafts-based video content, but we're also expanding into exciting new areas of animation and visual storytelling.

You will ideate, plan, and produce short-form video content that is engaging, visually compelling, and creatively diverse, with a strong emphasis on formats that entertain, educate, and inspire children and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce engaging YouTube Shorts content, with a strong focus on arts & crafts, DIY projects, and playful learning.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, working closely with internal teams (production, brand, and marketing).
• Contribute ideas to the creative development process and seasonal content calendars.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure content is on-brand, educational, and fun.
• Source and manage craft materials, props, and tools as needed.
• Stay on top of short-form content trends, especially in the kids and family space.
• Support data-driven iteration and experimentation based on performance metrics and platform trends.
• Create animated YouTube Shorts using CG techniques – including modelling, rigging, lighting, and rendering of children's content and environments.
• Edit and composite animated and live-action content using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Contribute creatively to story-led animated children’s content.
• Explore the use of 2D animation and/or stop motion (if experienced) to develop experimental or hybrid Shorts content.
