Job Description

We are looking a Content Creators Operations Project Manager for a 4-month fixed-term contract, which role is to optimize team’s operations, including process, workflows, tooling system, supporting at both central and local level of the organization in a variety of functional areas. Your role will be to work with the Director of Operations & Data, and the Leadership team, to drive strategic and scalable growth.

Your primary focus will be to establish the necessary framework for teams to execute the company's strategy effectively, aid in strategic planning, and oversee key creators operations projects related primarily to business planning, communication, and cross functional teams collaboration. As a “swiss army knife”, you will be capable of driving or supporting initiatives across various teams as required by the organization.

Being part of the GCCT Operations team is a dynamic and rewarding experience. Our team adopt a project-based approach, which allows us to collaborate with various teams and tackle a wide range of topics.

Despite the broad nature of their work, the Operations team maintains a sharp focus on building a foundation of excellence. This is achieved through the key areas amongst which Operations play a strong role by designing efficient processes, improving and automating existing ones, establishing rituals to monitor team progress, and analyzing performance.

By combining strategic thinking with operational excellence, the team plays a crucial role in driving the Content Creator's activity growth and success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Process Implementation: Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Process Optimization : Develop and maintain performance metrics to track the success of new or updated processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Tool Management: Identify, deploy, and manage tools and technologies that support the team’s workflow and campaign execution.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate and promote collaboration between different teams, ensuring seamless integration of efforts and sharing of best practices.
  • Knowledge management: Ensure key documentations/materials are always up to date (domain organization mapping, org. charts, org-specific chat rooms, distribution lists, SharePoint pages,.. ). Promote internal knowledge-sharing through dedicated events such as retrospectives, share outs, and educational sessions.
  • Cross-Brand Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline events. Coordinate opportunities with cross-functional partners. Track and analyze event performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategy and operational decisions.
  • Additional assignments: Step in to run programs / transversal initiatives based on management needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the marketing or content creation industry.
  • Knowledge in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., project management software, analytics tools).

Ubisoft's perks 
📍 Our brand new office is located in Saint Mandé, (Metro line 1, Saint Mandé station). Gym available in the building. Ability to work remotely. This position is not eligible to full-time remote work.

Recruitment process

[60 minutes] : visio interview with members of the HR department.
