Content Strategist

We’re looking to hire a Content Strategist for a Fortune 500 e-commerce client. Teams are very collaborative and have a passion for creating cutting edge customer experiences.  

Our direct Fortune 500 client is looking for someone to join the Content team to understand customer needs and provide insights to improve their journeys and experiences.

This contract goes to December 2025 with a possible extension. The team is located across the US, and the role is fully remote. 30 hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for duration of the contract.
 

Content Strategist Responsibilities: 

• Assess content performance, establish monitoring and reporting processes, and significantly contribute to organizational planning
• Establish standard operating procedures for the content organization and collaborators, implement effective content management systems (processes and technology), and ensure content delivery plans are in place
• Collaborate with content design and applying industry best practices, you will guide decisions.
• Work closely with product and platform teams to optimize authoring and content delivery
• Stay informed about content delivery developments and suggest new mechanisms and tools
• Develop strong relationships with UX research and design, the brand team, and  product development and engineering to ensure content's voice in strategy
• Work across governance and design to ensure accurate implementation of content strategy. Conduct content needs assessments, audits, and planning for a portfolio of work
• This international role involves collaboration with colleagues in North America, Europe, and Australia

Content Strategist Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience
• Quickly master subject matter within supported domains, focusing on one domain at a time for 2-3 month durations
• Direct a small SCRUM team
• Apply a thorough understanding of content, style, and tone guidelines
• Utilize skills in Figma, HTML, Oracle, CMS, Google Suite, and JSON (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Lucid tools and experience in UX/UI implementation are advantageous
• Develop and implement content strategy and writing during the initial user experience design phase
