Project Manager (Architectural Design)

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Project Manager (Architectural Design) for a luxury brand.

This is a full time role, which will be hybrid 3 days a week in Long Island City/Queens.

Responsibilities:

• Use effective project management ensures that ORJ store design projects are completed by established timelines while aligning with the companies brand concept
• Manage (20+) project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborate closely with a team including architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, to drive project success.
• Facilitate communication between all parties involved, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in architectural design project management
• Must have a strong portfolio showcasing successful project delivery.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
