Your new role..
As our new Senior Contract Administrator, Syndication you will be assisting the Manager Clearances & Syndication Contracts and performs Contract Administrator functions. Duties include interfacing with various departments inside and outside of the division, supplying reports and providing information, as necessary.

Your Role Accountabilities:

  • Diligently monitor and compare WBDTD barter line-ups and program schedules reported by an outside collecting service and contact television stations via telephone or e-mail to resolve scheduling discrepancies. Will update database daily with WB one time only or permanent programming schedule changes.
  • Input and track Proposals (Field Orders) in our Stars system.
  • Complete New Contract Orders/Change Orders.
  • Analyze Nielsen’s program line-ups weekly to determine if the program was correctly measured for possible reprocessing and to potentially correct the program’s original rating.
  • Prepare fully executed e-mails for signed License Agreements and Amendments.
  • Responsible for following-up with station clients regarding unsigned License Agreements and Amendments (e.g., via e-mail or phone) to obtain signed documentation.
  • Assist with gathering time period and barter information from television stations and cable networks in preparation of the launch of First Run and Off-Network syndicated television programs.
  • Generate operation reports and notify various departments of sudden time period changes for WB syndicated product.
  • Maintains various records and files. Performs special tasks and projects as assigned.


Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Strong working knowledge of various system applications.
  • Must have experience with handling/processing large volumes of data with excellent attention to detail, organizational, written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience interacting daily with colleagues based in other countries / time zone a plus.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail, with accurate input and proofing skills.
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word & Adobe are required.
  • Knowledge of contractual clauses and how they affect properly constructed contracts.
  • Must have ability to quickly learn new applications in a complex Enterprise-wide environment.

Not Required but preferred experience:

  • TV syndication or programming experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge/understanding of language and provisions in legal contracts strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience with SAP or other large ERP system preferred.
