Job Description
Bosch Plant in Toluca (TlP) is seeking a Cost Specialist with over 58 years of experience in manufacturing a wide range of products and solutions for the Automotive Business. The role involves accurately calculating and analyzing product costs, supporting quoting activities with timely and accurate cost estimates, and monitoring and analyzing expenses against budgets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, advanced English proficiency, and strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 3 years of proven experience in cost analysis or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good to have:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Product Cost Calculation: Accurately calculate and analyze product costs, ensuring all components such as materials, labor, and overhead are accounted for to support pricing strategies and profitability assessments.
- Support Quoting Activities: Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide timely and accurate cost estimates for new projects and product quotes, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company margins.
- Analysis of Expenses and Budgets: Monitor and analyze expenses against budgets, identifying variances and providing actionable insights to management for improved financial performance and cost control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- English Advanced.
- 3 years of proven experience in cost analysis or financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Cost engineering experience is welcome.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
