Job Description

The Customer Onboarding Strategist will manage and develop trusted relationships with clients, contributing to team performance by consistently delivering against quarterly business targets. Responsibilities include crafting tailored pitches to clients, finding creative ways to improve client relationships, producing data-driven recommendations, and implementing solutions to achieve business goals. The role requires fluency in Czech, Slovak, or Croatian and English, and experience in advertising, business development, or marketing. Success involves leveraging online media knowledge, relationship-building skills, and analytical abilities to provide Google-caliber client service and grow businesses using Google's advertising solutions.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years experience in relevant field
  • B2B sales goal experience
  • Fluency in Czech, Slovak, or Croatian and English
  • Client relationship management
  • Data analysis and strategic recommendations
  • Pitch creation and presentation

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
  • Experience meeting Business-to-Business sales goals.
  • Ability to communicate in either Czech, Slovak, or Croatian and English fluently to communicate in this customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional international teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and customizing for a customer base.
  • Experience reaching out to customers, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions.
  • Ability to work separately with the capacity to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time, while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to develop business recommendations, action plans, and ideas on improving internal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop trusted relationships with clients and help them achieve business goals.
  • Contribute to the the team performance consistently delivering against quarterly business targets.
  • Create and craft pitches to customers tailored to clients’ performance goals, and work towards mutual business objectives.
  • Find and implement creative ways to improve our client relationships, share performance-enhanced suggestions, and promote Google products.
  • Produce interpretable insights from data analysis, deliver data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers.
