Tesla seeks a French-speaking Technical Support Engineer for its Residential Energy Products (Powerwall and Wall Connector). Responsibilities include troubleshooting and providing technical expertise to installers during site visits and remotely; developing preventive maintenance strategies; escalating critical issues; resolving technical issues creatively; educating customers; determining the need for field service; sharing customer concerns with relevant teams; and accurately recording data. The ideal candidate possesses an electrical or mechanical engineering background, at least 3 years of technical support experience (renewable energy experience is a plus), excellent communication skills in English and French, CRM and MS Office Suite proficiency.
