Join us! As a Staff Product Manager – CRM & Integrations Ecosystem with emphasis on Salesforce integrations. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our integration ecosystem. In this critical role you will oversee the strategy and implementation of our Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solution while managing and evolving our existing integrations, including Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC), Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Meta, and more.. In this role, you will lead the development of scalable, reliable, and secure integrations that empower our nonprofit customers to effortlessly manage their fundraising workflows and data within their CRM and other environments. Collaborating with engineering, design, customer success, marketing and sales teams, you’ll ensure our SaaS B2B customers gain maximum value and efficiency from our integrations offerings — driving both user satisfaction and long-term product adoption.
