About the role:
 
Expectations/ Requirements
 
Years of Experience: 1-3 years 
Educational Qualification: BE / B Tech in Computer Science or MCA from a premier institute. 
He should analyze any datacenter related requirement/concern at the first level raised by other departments.
L2/l3 support in linux administration including clustering and os management.change L2/L3 to L1/L2
Ensure all data center-related calls are handled promptly (within SLA), diagnosed accurately, and provide appropriate responses promptly & tracked till closure.
Maintain & monitor all pieces of evidence/artifacts captured for any audit.
Provide all relevant data for the dashboard against all possible datacenter related measurements.
Monitor all day to day datacenter operational tasks being performed by the team & the vendor
Technical responsibilities:
L2/l3 support in Linux administration including clustering and os management.
Manage and maintain data center operation including server, storage, and device commissioning and decommissioning. For any new server/infra application installation or evaluation, should conduct installation tasks in coordination with all possible internal/external stakeholders
Skill required:
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and should be able to handle pressure situations.
Ability to communicate/coordinate effectively at all levels/ external & internal stakeholders in a friendly and helpful manner displaying tact, consideration, and clarity.
open for 24x7 shift, travel to other DC as well
