Job Description

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from various sources to calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service performance. This includes data on transaction accuracy, system availability, and other relevant metrics;
  • Report Generation: Prepare and distribute monthly reports detailing the performance of various service KPIs. These reports should highlight trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights;
  • Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, such as IT, customer service, and operations, to ensure accurate data collection and to understand the context behind the numbers;
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving service performance based on KPI data. This may involve recommending changes to processes, systems, or training programs;
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all KPI calculations and reports comply with organizational standards and external regulations;
  • Responsibility with Dates and Schedules: Maintain a high level of responsibility with dates and schedules to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns;
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data collection and report generation;
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to stakeholders;
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, PowerBI, SQL, or specialized KPI tracking systems;
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions;
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
