Job Description
The Department Leader/Manager (TCG) at Bushiroad International Pte. Ltd. oversees the marketing and development of Trading Card Game (TCG) brands. This role requires managing and motivating a team, setting goals aligned with company objectives, executing brand strategies, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include fostering collaboration, ensuring high-proficiency task completion, and driving projects forward. The position demands excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, along with adaptability and strong teamwork capabilities. Some weekend/holiday work and international travel may be required.
Must have:
- Oversee TCG brand marketing & development
- Manage & motivate team members
- Set team goals, execute brand strategies
- Manage team budget & coordinate stakeholders
- 3+ years leadership/management experience
- Excellent communication skills
Good to have:
- TCG knowledge
- Japanese language skills

Job Description:

- Oversee the marketing and development of Trading Card Game (TCG) brands
- Manage and motivate team members, ensuring that members work to their fullest potential and deliver their assigned tasks with highest proficiency
- Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a sense of collaboration and accountability
- Set the team goals within the overall company’s goals and objectives
- Cooperate with team members to plan and execute brand strategies to achieve the desired goals
- Manage team’s budget
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management position
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Proactive and has good decision-making skills
- Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent at schedule management and multitasking
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
- Knowledge in our trading card games
- Japanese language skills (in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates)
- Public speaking skills
