Job description:
In 2022, we monetized our websites with over 2.5 billion ad impressions.
These were sourced primarily from SSPs like AdSense, Ad Exchange, Index, PubMatic, TripleLift, and Xandr. Less than 5% of the ad impressions we served were direct deals. Your role is to boost the share of direct in our ad monetization mix by forging relationships with brands and agencies.
Role requirements:
- At least 7 years’ experience in ad sales at publisher(s) with Rs. 10 Cr. + in annual ad revenue
- Solid record of working with agencies, advertisers, ad networks, and affiliate channels
- Strong relationships at GroupM (Mindshare, Wavemaker, Essence, MediaCom, m/SIX, Xaxis, Motivator), Dentsu Aegis (Carat, SVG, Isobar, Webchutney), Publicis (Starcom, Resultrix, Havas), Omicom (OMD, DDB Mudra), Madison, LBi, Digitas, Lyxel Labs, and others
- Working knowledge of campaigns for advertisers across e-commerce, OEMs, FMCG, real estate, auto, social, retail, healthcare, entertainment, travel, telecom, and more
- Experience in lead generation, contract closure, campaign setup, and final execution
- High achiever with history ofsetting and achieving revenue targets for self and the team
- Strong communication (written and verbal), clarity in thought, and collaborative attitude
- Comfort with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), LinkedIn, and Google Ad Manager (GAM)
