Job Description

As a Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for delivering critical Machine Learning and AI capabilities for Egnyte products. You will leverage ML/AI to ensure the success of Egnyte products by focusing on adoption and usability. You will also define the strategy for Egnyte AI Platform and will be instrumental in taking the Platform to the next level. You will work closely with engineering, UI/UX and cross functional teams to deliver solutions. Additionally, you will define key product and business metrics and lead, manage, and mentor product managers.
Must have:
  • 10+ years of product management with agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge and experience with Machine Learning and AI concepts

You will be responsible for a range of product management functions to help deliver critical Machine Learning and AI capabilities for Egnyte products. You will need to leverage ML/AI to ensure the success of Egnyte products’ by focusing on adoption and usability. As a key leader in the product management team, you will help define the strategy for Egnyte AI Platform and will be instrumental in taking the Platform to the next level.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Leverage Predictive & Generative AI to solve specific business challenges faced by our customers
  • Work with senior product/technology leaders to define direction for AI powered horizontal and vertical applications
  • Work closely with UI/UX, Engineering and cross-functional teams and deliver with quick time-to-market solutions
  • Define key product & business metrics and track them
  • Lead, manage, and mentor product managers
  • Represent Egnyte externally and drive customer and application integration partner engagements
 
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 10+ years of product management with agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge and experience with Machine Learning and AI concepts such as Predictive and Generative AI, NLP, etc.
  • Experience working with Architecture, Engineering and Construction / Financial Services / Life Sciences industry as a plus
  • Experience leading product managers and working with remote teams
  • Ability to be an active participant in architecture and design reviews
  • Domain expertise in scalable Enterprise Cloud infrastructure, application integration, data governance and security practices preferred
  • Experience building enterprise SaaS software for technical users & buyers
  • Ability to lead discussions with Egnyte customers to define meaningful product enhancements that improve deployments, user experience, and adoption
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution plans with a bias towards action
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skill
  • Bachelor (MBA a plus) degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering)
 
COMPENSATION:
  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $XXXk - $XXXk annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
