Director of Product Marketing

• 5+ years of experience leading product marketing for a B2B cybersecurity software vendor.
• Expert-level understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Expert-level verbal and written communication.
• Expert-level copywriting and content creation skills with a strong portfolio of work.
• The ability to explain complex technical challenges and solutions tersely and clearly.
• Ability to manage and prioritize numerous large initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to work with incomplete information and adapt to aggressive, moving deadlines.
• Proven ability to work effectively with both in-person and remote teams.
• This position requires up to 20% travel to Varonis customer sites and events worldwide.
• BA or BS degree in an applicable field or equivalent work experience.

• Spend time with customers, listen, and apply your learnings to our product marketing strategy.
• Planned, implemented, and managed the overall product marketing strategy, including establishing or improving processes, defining key messages, and measuring results.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of product marketers.
• Create compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning for the Varonis platform, services, and integrations.
• Ensure a clear understanding of the target customer and the core capabilities of the offering.
• Assist with planning, pricing, packaging, and launching new offerings and add-ons.
• Provide product-oriented marketing support to demand gen and field marketing teams, helping develop digital campaigns, blog posts, event content, videos, and webinars to drive the sales pipeline.
• Develop tools and training to support the full sales cycle, including product demos, sales enablement content, architecture diagrams, and competitive battle cards.
• Be the expert on target buyers, market trends, and competitive offerings.
