Forescout Technologies, Inc. is seeking an engaging and employee-focused Executive Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This hybrid role requires supporting multiple executives and providing light office management at the Virginia location. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, preparing and reconciling expense reports and purchase requisitions, supporting meeting preparation, presentations, and documentation, and acting as a liaison for office needs.
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- High discretion with confidential matters.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
- Experience in a hybrid or fast-paced work environment.
Good to have:
- Government experience a plus.

Are you a seasoned Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support multiple executives and provide light office management at our Virginia location. This is a hybrid role, with occasional in-office presence required.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide administrative support to executive team.
- Manage calendars and coordinate internal/external meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel.
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports and purchase requisitions.
- Support meeting preparation, presentations, and documentation.
- Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and sensitive information.
- Act as a liaison and point of contact for office needs; support light office management and facilities coordination.
- Occasional travel to support offsite events.
