We're looking for an experienced Financial Representative, AP to join our Accounts Payable team. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, AP, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating and managing purchase orders; review vendor quotes and collaborate with Admin
- Receiving, verifying, and recording vendor bills in the accounting system; update payments daily.
- Reconciling vendor accounts periodically and ensure accuracy of transactions
- Analyzing and compare periodic expenses to track trends and discrepancies
- Preparing MIS reports related to Accounts Payable and assist with other related tasks
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Post-Graduate in Finance, Accounting or other similar streams with 1 to 2 years of experience
- Good Working knowledge of MS Office
- Sound Analytical Skills
