Job Description

As a Gaming Product Owner, you will collaborate with Product Managers, other Product Owners, and Gaming Integration Specialists in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for leading backlog grooming, prioritization, and roadmap planning for gaming integrations, translating game provider documentation into actionable tasks, managing the Gaming Integration Specialists team, and building relationships with game providers. The role requires a high level of autonomy and contribution to projects enhancing gaming offerings across various brands and markets. You will also be responsible for ensuring staff assignments are balanced and processes are optimized. Working closely with stakeholders such as Gaming tech teams, Game Suppliers, and Commercial Gaming partners. This role also entails mentoring and motivating members of the Gaming Integration Specialists team, contributing to their professional development.
Must have:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in gaming or product.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Resilience and readiness for a challenge.
  • Technical background and ability to communicate technical concepts.
  • Basic Jira and Confluence knowledge.
Good to have:
  • Game Supplier/Industry experience would be considered a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

Join our Gaming team as a Gaming Product Owner, where you'll collaborate with Product Managers, other Product Owners, and Gaming Integration Specialists in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role offers a high level of autonomy, requiring you to take ownership of your responsibilities while being supported by a team dedicated to excellence. You'll contribute to projects focused on enhancing gaming offerings across LeoVegas Group’s various brands and markets, working closely with stakeholders such as Gaming tech teams, Game Suppliers, and Commercial Gaming partners.

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Lead backlog grooming, prioritization, and roadmap planning for all gaming integrations at LeoVegas, delivering maximum value for both the business and customers
  • Translate games' provider documentation and/or product strategy into actionable tasks and detailed requirements, with clear communication for stakeholders.
  • Manage, mentor and motivate members of the Gaming Integration Specialists team, contributing to their professional development.
  • Balance team health and performance by ensuring staff assignments are balanced, and processes are optimized.
  • Build and help maintain positive relationships with game providers.

 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Essential skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in either gaming (casino / live casino), or product, preferably both. Since this role is both managerial and will involve regularly interacting with our b2b game providers.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders.
  • Resilience and readiness for a challenge. 
  • Technical background and ability to communicate technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Basic Jira and Confluence knowledge.
Nice to have skills:
  • Game Supplier/Industry experience would considered as a plus.
