Job Description
The Go-to-Market Operations Lead at Google Play will own content and promotional launch strategy and publishing within the Play Store across all regions and verticals. Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination of campaign enablement (CRM strategy, tooling activation, GTM amplification plans), overseeing vendor teams in India, enhancing operational effectiveness, developing cross-functional partnerships, and acting as a liaison between India and global teams. The role requires collaboration with product marketing leads to support campaign launches and identifying opportunities to scale processes and optimize for efficiency. This involves managing programs and scaling projects with strong Agile, project management, and operational efficiency skills.
Must have:
- 8+ years experience in technical project management or customer-facing role
- Cross-functional coordination of campaign enablement
- Oversee vendor teams

- Develop cross-functional partnerships
Good to have:
- Experience working with marketing, product, engineering teams
- Knowledge of Vendor Management

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in managing programs and scaling projects, with excellent Agile, project management and operational efficiency.
- Experience in working with marketing, product, engineering teams to launch new products, features or consumer programs for global companies.
- Knowledge of Vendor Management.
- Ability to understand data sources, maintain data accuracy, and hygiene.

Google Play provides the apps, games, and digital content that bring Android devices to life.In this role, you will own content and promotional launch strategy and publishing within the Play Store across all regions and verticals (e.g., Apps, Games, and more).
Responsibilities
- Be Responsible for the cross-functional coordination of campaign enablement work streams such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy, tooling activation, Go-to-Market (GTM) amplification plans, overseeing feasibility plans and advocating for solutions to increase team efficiency, scale and velocity.
- Oversee vendor teams based in India in coordination with the Unites States based Operations team. Lead projects designed to enhance Operations effectiveness through team efficiency, scale, and velocity.
- Develop partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders and partners to influence across boundaries leveraging solid thought leadership. Act as liaison between the India based teams and the other Global teams for your projects.
- Nurture partnership with the Product Marketing leads to help them run campaign launch enablement program.
- Identify opportunities to scale processes and optimize for efficiency across the organization.
