We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer for a 12-month project opportunity with a prominent financial services client. This hybrid role, located in New York City, will allow you to work both remotely (2x/week) and in the office (3x/week) while focusing on designing high-quality graphics and interactive visuals for LinkedIn campaigns and internal communication channels.

In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with brand, editorial, and communications teams to create innovative design assets that adhere to brand guidelines and support effective messaging across various platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for visual storytelling, and excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce innovative, high-quality creative assets for LinkedIn campaigns and external initiatives.
  • Manage the entire creative process from concept to execution, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and ADA compliance standards.
  • Present creative concepts clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders and executives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team, serving as a design thought leader.
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver impactful visual designs.
  • Support the communications team by delivering creative solutions that align with overarching business goals.
  • Use multimedia tools to contribute to the development of engaging communication strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of design experience, ideally in agency or corporate settings.
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills, with experience in creating executive-level presentations and summaries.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects, Animate, Premiere Pro are a plus).
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Expertise in layout, composition, typography, and color usage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to team projects.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field (experience in technology or financial services is a plus).
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design, multimedia, and responsive design concepts.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Canvas, SVG, WebGL, and motion graphics is a bonus.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
