Job Description

This role focuses on growing Google's AI business by building and expanding customer relationships. Responsibilities include delivering business value, demonstrating product functionality, and showcasing AI use cases. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day relationships with cross-functional teams and external customers, identifying opportunities to maximize impact. This involves developing go-to-market strategies, forecasting business growth, closing agreements, and understanding customer needs to provide excellent service. The role also requires developing and executing account plans, understanding customer technology landscapes, and leveraging AI to drive business transformation. This is a customer-facing role requiring significant travel (up to 50%).

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a business role in the enterprise software, cloud space or Artificial Intelligence (AI) space.
  • Experience in identifying Artificial Intelligence (AI) use cases to solve customer tests or promoting Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to clients.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to support in this customer-facing business role.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting executive relationships, and developing new territories/accounts while ensuring customer success, adoption and expansion.
  • Experience in working with internal/external teams, including account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal, to inventory existing software estate, build business cases for transformation with implementation plans, and close agreements.
  • Experience in prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based business activity within business cycles, including qualifying accounts and leveraging partner ecosystem.
  • Experience in exceeding business goals in a business role.
  • Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions including technical understanding of Cloud and AI.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, communication, presentation and listening skills.

In this role, you will help Google grow Artificial Intelligence (AI) business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. You will work with customers to deliver business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide an overview of business use cases. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, manage business cycles, identify solution use cases and promote direction of accounts.
  • Deliver against quota and achieve business and growth goals while forecasting and report your territory’s business.
  • Work with Google accounts and cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Channels) to develop go-to-market strategies, motivate pipeline and business growth, close agreements, understand customer's issue, and provide excellent prospect and customer experience.
  • Develop and execute account plans informed by the responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) framework across an assigned territory or market.
  • Work with multiple customers and opportunities, understand each customer’s technology footprint and strategy, growth plans, business motivators, participants, and how they can transform their business using the technologies.
