Job Description

The Sales Advisor (Consultor(a) de vendas) at Tesla in Lisbon plays a crucial role in guiding customers through the Tesla vehicle purchase process. Responsibilities include becoming a product expert, understanding customer needs, providing personalized solutions, educating customers on Tesla's benefits (including cost, environmental impact, and driving experience), and guiding them through financing, trade-ins, and delivery. The advisor will act as a trusted consultant, addressing concerns and building long-term relationships. Meeting sales targets and collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience are essential. This role requires excellent communication, a passion for Tesla's mission, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Enquanto consultor(a) de vendas, desempenhará um papel crucial ao auxiliar os clientes no processo de aquisição de um veículo Tesla. Terá de ser um(a) especialista no produto e um(a) apaixonado(a) pela missão da Tesla que consiga comunicar a potenciais clientes as vantagens de adquirir um Tesla. Terá de trabalhará com os clientes para compreender as suas necessidades, para os informar sobre os veículos Tesla e para os orientar durante todo o processo de venda, de forma a assegurar que tomam uma decisão informada. 

A sua determinação para alcançar o sucesso terá de ser incansável, sendo que aquilo que o(a) motiva será a missão da Tesla de acelerar a transição global para a energia sustentável. Fará parte de uma equipa de vendas e distribuição mais alargada que trabalha de forma estreita e flexível em todas as tarefas. Espera-se que coopere frequentemente e demonstre uma mentalidade de coesão de equipa para atingir os objetivos de vendas e distribuição.  

 

What to expect 

As a Sales, you will play a critical role in helping customers on their journey to ownership of a Tesla vehicle. You will be a product expert who is passionate about Tesla's mission and can communicate the benefits of owning a Tesla to potential customers. You will work with customers to understand their needs, educate them about Tesla vehicles, and guide them through the sales process to ensure they make an informed decision. 

You have relentless determination to succeed, and you are driven by the mission of Tesla to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You are part of a larger sales and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all tasks. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.  

What You’ll Do
  • Ser especialista no produto, no que diz respeito a veículos e tecnologias da Tesla, e manter-se atualizado(a) sobre os últimos desenvolvimentos e tendências 
  • Compreender as necessidades e preferências de cada cliente, bem como proporcionar uma solução personalizada que vá ao encontro das suas necessidades 
  • Fornecer informações detalhadas e transparentes sobre as vantagens de adquirir um veículo Tesla, incluindo os custos de carregamento e manutenção, o impacto ambiental e a experiência de condução 
  • Orientar os clientes durante todo o processo de venda, nomeadamente quanto a opções de financiamento, retomas e prazos de entrega 
  • Ser um(a) consultor(a) de confiança dos clientes, respondendo a quaisquer dúvidas que possam ter e lidando com quaisquer preocupações ou objeções que possam levantar 
  • Proporcionar uma experiência excecional aos clientes que exceda as suas expetativas, estabelecendo com eles uma relação a longo prazo 
  • Cumprir ou exceder os objetivos de vendas e as métricas de desempenho 
  • Trabalhar em colaboração com outros membros da equipa da Tesla por forma a assegurar uma experiência do cliente perfeitamente integrada 

Deveres gerais:   

  • Trabalhar com uma mentalidade flexível para suprir as necessidades de vendas e de distribuição em toda a equipa   
  • Assegurar que os dados dos clientes e todas as ações são acompanhados com rigor e atualizados nos nossos sistemas internos  
  • Adotar e partilhar as melhores práticas com o seu concessionário Tesla e não só  
  • Informar os clientes sobre todo o ecossistema da Tesla e todas as soluções disponíveis para ir ao encontro das suas necessidades   
  • Em relação aos processos da Tesla, executar atempadamente as tarefas administrativas de vendas, incluindo fechar contratos, executar processos de financiamento e trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as partes interessadas relevantes para conseguir levar a cabo a tarefa   
  • Fazer a gestão de quaisquer deveres adicionais para cumprir requisitos empresariais mais abrangentes   

What you’ll do 

  • Be a product expert on Tesla vehicles and technologies, and stay up to date with the latest developments and trends 
  • Understand the needs and preferences of each customer, and provide a personalized solution that meets their requirements 
  • Provide detailed and transparent information about the benefits of owning a Tesla vehicle, including charging and maintenance costs, environmental impact, and driving experience 
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options, trade-ins, and delivery timelines 
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers, answering any questions they may have and addressing any concerns or objections they may raise 
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience that exceeds their expectations, building a long-term relationship with them 
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics 
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Tesla team to ensure a seamless customer experience 

General duties:   

  • Operate with a flexible mindset to support sales and delivery needs across the team   
  • Ensure that customer details and all actions are accurately tracked and updated in our internal systems  
  • Execute on and share best practices with and across your Tesla location  
  • Educate customers on the full Tesla ecosystem and all available solutions available to meet their needs   
  • In respect to Tesla’s processes, timely execute on sales administrative duties including contract completion, finance, and work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to get it done   
  • Manage any additional duties to support wider business requirements
