We are seeking an outstanding Information Security professional to drive our security agenda for our European Market Business Unit. In this influential role, you will become the cornerstone of our EMEA security strategy while collaborating with our global Information Security team to deliver excellence across borders.

Responsibilities (including but not limited):

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead all aspects of information security initiatives across Nordic and Baltic markets, aligning regional execution with our global security vision
  • Regional Intelligence: Act as our "eyes and ears" in EMEA, providing insights on emerging threats and opportunities in the EMEA information security landscape
  • Executive Engagement: Deliver security reporting and presentations to senior leaders and board members across Nordic and Baltic legal entities
  • Stakeholder Management: Build productive relationships with regulators and clients throughout the region, representing our security interests with confidence and expertise
  • Cross-functional Excellence: Partner with business unit executives to seamlessly implement security requirements and deliver strategic projects that drive business value
  • Strategic Influence: Add to the business unit's strategic agenda while taking ownership of regional implementation
  • Leadership: Lead highly skilled information security experts
  • Senior Relationship Building: Nurture and maintain trusted relationships with board members, executives, and regulators, handling confidential matters with the highest level of integrity

What we are expecting:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in progressive information security roles
  • Comprehensive security background encompassing information security, cybersecurity, and protective security
  • In-depth understanding of the Nordic and Baltic information security landscape
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with demonstrable ability to engage effectively with executive leadership
  • Demonstrated experience talking to regulatory bodies and external collaborators
  • Proven track record to collaborate seamlessly across multiple business units, translating sophisticated technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Natural comfort handling confidential matters at board and executive levels
  • Eye for business that enables alignment of security initiatives with broader organizational objectives

We believe you are either an established security professional ready to advance into a more senior, business-focused security leadership role, OR a seasoned security leader experienced at senior levels already who excel at executive and regulatory engagement

  • APPLICABLE FOR LITHUANIA ONLY: Monthly base salary starting from 7,500 EUR - 10,000 EUR gross (negotiable based on your experience and proficiencies)
    Individuals applying for or occupying this position must have no previous unspent convictions for criminal offences under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania, with the exception of offences solely related to minor road traffic violations.

This is a full-time position based in Vilnius, or Stockholm. Applicants must be eligible to work in either Lithuania or Sweden, and all applications must be submitted in English.
