You will also lead or actively participate in internal and external meetings, offering strategic insight grounded in a strong understanding of the brand, creator roster, and campaign objectives. The role involves project management, communication with creators and clients, and team leadership, fostering a collaborative environment.
Must have:
  • 4-5+ years of agency or brand experience, including team management
  • Strong detail-oriented communication and organizational skills

About Client Services:

The Client Services team has ultimate responsibility for the creative output and flawless execution of our campaigns and programs. The team has a helicopter view over all parts of a collaboration and will work with the expert teams and specialist partners (both internally and externally) to bring a brand’s creative vision to life.

The team has three core functions: 

  1. Oversee campaign, budgets and timing across assigned programs
  2. Act as the central resource that brings in the right expertise at the right time 
  3. Facilitate retention and client satisfaction through excellent operational and servicing standards, and quality creative output

About the role:

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of influencer and creator campaigns, managing daily operations including budgeting, timelines, and cross-functional coordination. You'll support the team in sourcing talent, handling contracts, creating briefs, and ensuring smooth campaign execution. As a people leader, you'll mentor at least one Campaign Executive, guiding their professional development and performance. You'll also play a key role in both internal and client-facing meetings, offering strategic insight grounded in a strong understanding of the brand, creator roster, and campaign objectives.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Project manage, organize and direct the day-to-day operations of campaign delivery. This includes: managing budgets, timelines, and supporting the team for creator sourcing, contracting, briefing and campaign management
  • Lead calls with creators and clients confidently and independently
  • Manage communications with creators for multiple campaigns simultaneously
  •  Lead or be an active participant on internal and external meetings, adding value with keen knowledge of the brand, roster of creators, strategy and campaign goals/ KPIs

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Have 4-5+ years’ agency or brand experience, including team management
  • Have strong detail-oriented communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in executing paid creator marketing initiatives  
  • A passion for gaming and familiarity with creators in this space
  • Strong social skills, an outgoing nature, and the ability to build strong relationships with creators and clients
  • Reliability. A self-starter who is comfortable working independently to orchestrate campaign communications with a detail-oriented approach
  • The ability to multitask and handle multiple campaign timelines, creator and client communications simultaneously
  • Resourcefulness and the drive to build relationships internally. Leverage resources within the agency to learn and cross-share new processes and skills for continuous improvement
  • Have a solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem and an insatiable appetite for learning about industry innovations
  • Appreciate and understand the value of creativity
  • Thrive in an environment where collaboration, flexibility and scrappiness are valued more than job titles, rigid structure and legacy ways of working
  • Be a curious self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Multiple languages is a plus

This hybrid role, based in New York, NY, offers flexibility and collaboration. You can choose to work from our vibrant office any three days a week. The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and, ultimately budget approvals.
