Apple is seeking a Business Transformation Program Lead to reimagine Sales and Sales Finance business processes. This role involves driving cross-functional teams to implement new ways of working in areas like contra revenue, back margin, commissions, and OPEX programs. The focus is on leveraging process reengineering, automation, and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation. The ideal candidate will blend program management, business product ownership, and process innovation. Responsibilities include collaborating with a Business Process Manager and subject-matter experts to identify bottlenecks, design scalable solutions, and lead initiatives from concept to measurable outcomes. You will define high-impact goals, break them into actionable work streams, and drive successful delivery. Regular international travel and flexibility to work across time zones are required.
Must have:

  • Define big picture goals for process transformation.
  • Deliver operational impact across business units.
  • Act as a business product owner for technical and process solutions.
  • Define objectives, requirements, and roadmap for improvements.
  • Serve as a thought partner to leadership and SMEs.
  • Secure partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Facilitate workshops and alignment meetings for change adoption.
  • Create execution plans with milestones, timelines, and metrics.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Define and report on success metrics.

  • Experience with automation and AI-driven tools.
  • Knowledge of contra revenue, back margin, and commissions.
  • Experience with OPEX programs and headcount management.

You will work with a Business Process Manager and a team of functional subject-matter experts (SMEs) across Sales, Sales Finance, Operations and Technology to identify bottlenecks, design scalable solutions, and lead initiatives from concept to measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for defining high-impact goals, breaking them into actionable work streams, and driving successful delivery. Regular international travel is required, as in-person collaboration is critical to understanding local workflows and ensuring practical, scalable process design. Additionally, flexibility to work across different time zones to support, and collaborate with globally distributed stakeholders is essential. Deliver operational impact across business units. - Act as a business product owner for both the technical and process solutions needed to support your strategic vision — define the objectives, requirements, and roadmap for technical and process improvements. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration - Serve as a thought partner to leadership and business SMEs. - Secure partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to align on goals, secure commitment, and ensure program success. - Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and alignment meetings to drive consensus and change adoption. - Work closely with technical teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs. Program Execution & Delivery - Create execution plans with defined milestones, timelines, success metrics, owners, budgets, dependencies and risks — ensure initiatives are delivered on time and on budget. Performance Measurement - Define and report on success metrics.
