Language: Fluency in both English and Ukrainian is essential, as you'll regularly support Ukrainian-speaking team members and stakeholders.

This role is your opportunity to shape the future of Playnetic during a pivotal time of the company's growth.

As an HR Business Partner, you'll join a dynamic, ambitious People team where your ideas won't just be heard; they'll actively shape our rapidly growing organisation. What you'll do:

Partner closely with managers as their primary HR support, helping them with everything from performance management and goal-setting to employee onboarding.

Contribute directly to building our unique company culture—think events like our upcoming Playnetic team tournaments and gatherings!

Your first 90 days:

Start building strong relationships with our managers and stakeholders.

An open, balanced mindset, able to align the needs of people with business goals.

Why join us:

At Playnetic, we're creating innovative tech solutions from the ground up.
