Job Description

This HR Internship in Pasig City, Philippines offers a hybrid work setup. Responsibilities include ensuring complete employee documentation (contracts, IDs, bank details), maintaining employee 201 files, assisting with payroll setup, benefits administration, and addressing employee inquiries. The intern will support various HR programs and projects. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential. Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR data handling is required.

Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure completeness of employee documentation such as employee contract, JD’s government numbers, loan information and bank account number etc.
Help out in filing, updating and safekeeping of employee 201 file (hard copies).
Work with employees and bank to set up new hire payroll.
Assist on benefits and government mandated payments, loans and other requirements for employees.
Ensuring timely response to employee requests and resolving concerns promptly.
Support other HR programs, projects, and activities.
Other responsibilities and duties as defined from time to time
