Senior Game Designer

• Content Design & cadence reliability - someone who can come in, learn the game and the tools, and begin to ship content. Should have onboarded and shipped all types of content in 90 days.

• Problem solving using a data informed mindset.

• Good collaborator and communicator - someone who is easy to work with, slot in with the team's culture quickly, and communicate with the various disciplines (and the design lead) easily.

• High performing team with high standards of design - plenty of challenges WITH the support necessary to excel

• Work on the prestigious franchise of Need for Speed!

• Leverage the reach and capability of EA to entertain a huge number of players.

• Content authoring tools proficiency

• Office suite

• Miro / Confluence / Collab tools

• Good communication

• Mastery of content authoring

• Worked in a liveops title and improved KPIs over time

• Data analysis to investigate problems (and proven to solve them)

• Passion to work on Need for Speed!

• Driven to be creative on command and create high-quality work

• Some affinity to street racer culture and narratives
