Job Description

As an HR Learning and Development Specialist at Publicis Groupe, you'll collaborate with managers and stakeholders to design and implement training programs and academies. Responsibilities include training design (needs analysis, topic selection, scheduling), managing relationships with internal/external facilitators and attendees, facilitating live training sessions, and deploying the global LMS platform. You'll also handle reporting and KPI monitoring. The role requires strong organizational and project management skills, passion for L&D, and a collaborative, flexible approach.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years L&D experience in multinational environment
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree (HR preferred)
  • Excellent MS Office & presentation skills
  • Fluent English

Job Description

We are looking for a very passionate HR Learning and Development Specialist who will take the ownership to collaborate with managers and business stakeholders to design and implement our training programs and academies working with the team to constantly bring the best training experience to all our employees.

Key responsibilities:

  • Training design (Learning needs analysis, topics selection…) and scheduling organizational tasks (calendar, invites, pre and post survey, results analysis…) for our internal academies
  • Managing relations with external and internal facilitators
  • Managing relation with attendees and their managers
  • Managing live training moments (tutoring, co-facilitation…)
  • Owner for the local deployment related to our Global LMS platform
  • Reporting activities and KPI monitoring

Qualifications

If you have:

  • 1-2 years of experience as L&D professional in a multinational and multicultural environment where high flexibility and fast-paced mindset are essential to get your goals
  • Bachelor or Master Degree (HR Master will be considered a plus)
  • Excellent knowledge of Office suite (Excel mainly)
  • Excellent knowledge of presentation tools (Powerpoint, Canva)
  • Excellent in English language proficiency
