Job Summary
Job Description
The HR Operations role involves efficiently managing HR tickets and requests, including complex ones, using workflow tools. This includes providing general advice on staff matters, maintaining accurate HR data (especially salary information), preparing standard HR documents (contracts, etc.), and responding to internal/external communications. The role also requires supporting transaction processes, answering employee/manager inquiries, developing process documentation, reporting IT incidents, and collaborating on solutions. Other responsibilities include escalating issues, supporting Product Management, collaborating with other departments, training new joiners, suggesting improvements, and completing tasks on time. Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor.

- Promptly handle HR tickets and orders, including complex customer requests, using workflow management tools
- Provide general advice on individual staff-related matters Maintain HR data accuracy, including salary-relevant information, and monitor order completion and deadlines
- Prepare and maintain standard HR documents (contracts, correspondence, certificates) as per system and process requirements
- Respond to internal and external communication, including health insurers and authoritie Support transaction processes and resourcing tasks in related HR areas
- Provide accurate and timely responses to employee and manager inquiries using knowledge tools
- Develop and maintain process documentation and FAQs based on updates or newly identified requirements
- Report IT incidents and collaborate on effective solutions
- Escalate process issues or disruptions as needed and track resolution
- Support Product Management in enhancing HR service quality and customer experience
- Collaborate with other departments and support them according to business needs
- Train new joiners when necessary and provide guidance to junior colleagues
- Continuously suggest process, procedural, and technological improvements
- Ensure personal tasks are completed on time and aligned with defined processes
Take on additional tasks assigned by the supervisor based on business needs
