The HR Operations role involves efficiently managing HR tickets and requests, including complex ones, using workflow tools. This includes providing general advice on staff matters, maintaining accurate HR data (especially salary information), preparing standard HR documents (contracts, etc.), and responding to internal/external communications. The role also requires supporting transaction processes, answering employee/manager inquiries, developing process documentation, reporting IT incidents, and collaborating on solutions. Other responsibilities include escalating issues, supporting Product Management, collaborating with other departments, training new joiners, suggesting improvements, and completing tasks on time. Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor.
