As an Implementation Manager at NiCE, you will oversee the successful deployment of cloud solutions for Criminal Justice clients. This involves leading a team of engineers and architects, ensuring timely and efficient implementation of scalable and secure cloud environments. Responsibilities include defining requirements, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing post-implementation support. The role also includes fostering collaboration, process adherence, and escalating risks when needed. This is a fast-paced role with opportunities for growth and innovation.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Strong understanding of system and data workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Elastic Search and SQL.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Manager to oversee and drive the successful deployment of cloud solutions for our Criminal Justice clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership capabilities, and a drive for establishing effective processes within the team. You will guide a team of engineers and architects, ensuring timely and efficient implementation of scalable, secure, and robust cloud environments that align with business and customer requirements.

With nearly 40 years of experience and over 3,000 customers, NICE supports various public safety and criminal justice agencies—including emergency communications, law enforcement, prosecutors, defenders, and courts—in their digital transformation efforts. How will you make an impact?   

  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of customer-facing engineers and architects to deliver high-quality cloud solutions.
  • Fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team to drive innovation and operational excellence.
  • Developing a culture of process adherence, including documentation and verification, to ensure on-time delivery pf every project, escalating risks and roadblocks when needed.
  • Overseeing the team’s design, execution, and verification work , tailored to each customer’s environment from common templates.
  • Collaborating with customer stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Ensuring your team delivers client satisfaction by implementing solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Providing post-implementation hand-over, support and training as needed.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities as needed.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing complex software solutions for multiple customers, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, directly managing technical engineers
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. (We use Azure.)
  • Strong understanding of system and data workflows. Including test and verification.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Elastic Search and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools – an advantage
  • Network, security, and compliance background – an advantage.
