Job Description

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will scale the influencer channel's revenue, content, and brand awareness through gifted campaigns with nano and micro influencers across Instagram and TikTok. Responsibilities include managing daily tasks like influencer sourcing, vetting, and communication; managing 150+ influencer partnerships monthly; maintaining the influencer platform GRIN; staying updated on social media trends; and supporting internal teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, problem-solver, and have a passion for influencer marketing, leveraging digital platforms, and solving complex business problems.
Must have:
  • Minimum 2 years in an influencer marketing role required.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage several partnerships per month.
  • Proven track record for achieving results.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-moving environment.

  • Experience working in fashion, home, or beauty is preferred.
  • An eye for upcoming influencers to partner with.

You have a true passion for and understanding of influencer marketing, emerging digital platforms, and how they can be leveraged as part of a brands growth strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Coordinator, Influencer Marketing will help scale the influencer channel’s revenue, content, and brand awareness through gifted campaigns with nano and micro influencers across Instagram and TikTok. They will report directly to the Manager, Influencer Marketing.

  • Oversee gifted campaigns from start to finish, managing daily tasks including, but not limited to, influencer sourcing, vetting, outreach and communication, gifting negotiations, gifting contracts, order placement, promo code and link creation, content tracking, and weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Responsible for managing 150+ influencer partnerships per month, while meeting revenue targets and ROAS goals.
  • Maintain and keep influencer platform GRIN up to date. Keep campaigns, influencers, and content on the platform organized and up to date.
  • Understands the social digital landscape on Instagram and TikTok and stays on top of current trends. 
  • Can work cross-functionally with internal teams and teammates to support all relevant initiatives, influencer requests, and content needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years in an influencer marketing role required
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • An eye for upcoming influencers to partner with and the ability to manage several partnerships per month 
  • Proven track record for achieving results and driving projects, specifically within an influencer program 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
  • Collaborative, hardworking with an enthusiastic attitude
  • Loves all things fashion, lifestyle, and home related. Plus if you already love Quince! Experience working in fashion, home, or beauty is preferred.

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.

Pay Range

$70,000 - $75,000 USD
