Interim Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a hands-on Interim Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing operations during maternity leave of our current coordinator. You’ll be focusing on digital campaign execution, event management, and marketing automation. If you are a detail-oriented marketer with a strong background in event coordination, HubSpot automation, and digital content distribution, this could be a great temporary assignment for you.
What you will be doing:
- Running digital campaigns, especially ABM, and making sure our content gets out on the right channels towards the right audience.
- Coordinating both in-house and external events, tracking ROI, and making sure they align with our goals.
- Helping with sponsor and partnership activities, working closely with the sales team.
- Optimising our HubSpot marketing automation, focusing on SQL generation and content strategies.
- Teaming up with the content marketer on content & design projects and website updates.
- Supporting talent and employer branding efforts.
Who you are:
- Experience in digital marketing, event management, and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with attention to detail.
- You are available from early January to mid-May 2025, at least 4 days a week.
- You can work from our Ghent, Leuven or Antwerp office on a regular basis.
