Job Description
*Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment of employer and employee branding initiatives with overall company goals and values.
*To prepare the annual communication strategy and annual communication plan in order to strengthen the company culture, differentiate the employee experience, strengthen the employee brand and loyalty, structure the projects in accordance with the plan and ensure that the implementation of the communication strategy within the budget is aligned with the overall business objectives
*Coordinating internal communication and event agencies and managing daily workflow
*Planning and executing in-company employee events when necessary
*Leads the design and execution of employer branding initiatives that strengthen Roofstack's reputation as a top employer,
*Develops and lead employer branding campaigns to attract top talent by showcasing company culture, values, and employee success stories,
*Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, career websites, internal newsletters, and company events, to showcase the company culture, values, and employee stories.
*Manage and maintain the company's career website and social media profiles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for potential candidates.
*Supporting the management of all internal communication channels (intranet, newsletter, blog, social media employee accounts, etc.), measuring their effectiveness
*Maintains networking relationships with community organizations, colleges and universities, alumni organizations, industry organizations, employees, and colleagues contacts to help identify and source qualified talents,
*Monitors and assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust based on feedback and data insights.
Requirements
*Completed bachelor's degree in related universities,
*Fluent in English,
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
*8+ years of experience in internal communications and employer branding,
*Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies in a corporate environment,
*Strong understanding of employee engagement, change management, and employer branding,
*Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels,
*Strong project management and multitask skills,
*Strong communication & presentation skills,
*Software skills (Power Point, Excel, Photoshop (preferred)
